Boot Camp

This class is high energy using explosive moves to take your heart rate to another level. Medicine balls, tubes, body bars, and weights are for body sculpting as well.

Level: Moderate – High

Cardio Cycling

Your instructor will take you through hills, valleys and sprints throughout the hour class with energetic music to keep you spinning. Difficulty level is adjustable on each bike by each member’s own choice of resistance.

Cardio Step

The Cardio you love with a step workout for a new level of excitement.

Cardio / Strength Interval Training

A one-hour class using HIIT high energy cardio moves along with body sculpting. Short bursts of effort will allow you to get your heart rate up and down for maximum benefit.

Fusion

This class is a combination of cardio and strength training. Your instructor will lead you through a variety of drills and promises to leave you sweating.

Pilates / Barre-Lates

A fusion of Ballet Barre and Pilates makes this class unique. This power class will have you working your legs, glutes, core & upper body in a non-impact way, but an intensity that will leave you feeling worked.

Pilates Mat

This class uses controlled movements in form of mat exercises or equipment. Pilates does a remarkable job toning and strengthening you body and mind.

SilverSneakers Classic

Have fun with friends and move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, provided SilverSneakers balls for resistance and chair are used for seated and/or standing support.

Step Boot Camp

Step class favorites with boot camp components and the use of weights and unique moves for a full body workout.
